Throughput Engineering

Every minute a Guest spends in line is a minute they are not spending money. Queue design, virtual queuing, operational loading efficiency, and ride capacity optimization are the unglamorous disciplines that separate profitable parks from crowded parks. I worked the Jungle Cruise at Disney servicing 40 Guests every 6 minutes. Throughput is in my DNA.

Shoulder Season Activation

Peak season takes care of itself. The parks that outperform run strong programming in March, September, October, and November. Halloween events, holiday festivals, spring break packages, and midweek promotions turn dark days into revenue days. Programming is cheaper than capital, and it compounds.

Annual Pass Strategy

Annual passes are the most complex pricing product in the attractions industry. Tier design, blackout structure, add-on bundles, renewal incentives, and in-park spend incentives for passholders determine whether your AP program is a revenue engine or a discount program that cannibalizes gate.

In-Park Spend Optimization

Gate revenue is the starting line, not the finish. F&B, retail, photo, games, premium experiences, and VIP upgrades are where margin lives. Menu engineering, outlet placement, mobile ordering, and impulse purchase design push per-cap well past industry average.
